About Chantal

I step in where brand projects usually get stuck. Complexity is the norm, not the exception.

My job is to close the gap between brand strategy, design, and execution while keeping the customer journey in focus.

Before moving into brand management, I studied graphic design and spent several years working as a designer at agencies. I created logos, developed guidelines, and worked on campaigns, but often faced the same problem: the strategic brief made sense on paper and then fell apart in execution.

So I switched sides, into project management, brand management and strategy. Today, after more than 10 years as a brand manager and design lead, I work exactly at the intersection I once found missing.

What I have learned is simple: strong brands are not built on ideas alone. They need someone to take ownership and turn them into reality through consistent execution across teams, stakeholders, and every touchpoint.

FAQ

How do you integrate into our team?

I work as an external partner, but with a strong internal mindset. I can join your existing meetings, collaborate with your teams and agencies, and adapt to your tools and processes. My role is to bring structure, clarity and brand expertise without creating extra complexity.

Do you work on a project basis?

Yes. I work project-based, interim or as an ongoing sparring partner — depending on what your brand needs. That can be a focused brand strategy project, a corporate design relaunch, rollout support, brand governance or hands-on project management across several months.

Do you only think strategically, or do you also support implementation?

Both. I connect strategic thinking with hands-on execution. I can define the direction, brief and guide creative work, manage stakeholders and agencies, review assets, structure feedback and make sure the brand is properly brought to life across touchpoints.

Do you have experience in both B2B and B2C?

Yes. I have worked across B2B and B2C brands, from complex corporate environments to consumer-facing brand experiences. What matters most is understanding the audience, the business context and the touchpoints where the brand needs to perform.

How quickly are you available?

That depends on the project scope, timing and current workload. I take on both short-term and longer-term projects, but it is always best to get in touch early so we can clarify what you need, when you need it and what level of support makes sense.

What budget should we plan for?

Budgets depend on the scope, duration and complexity of the project. A focused strategic or creative project will require a different setup than a long-term relaunch, rollout or brand management role. Once I understand the challenge, I can suggest a realistic project setup and estimate.
